All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Sensational Solutions will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control.
Returns Policy
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you received an incorrect or defective item, contact us immediately. If the package is damaged, please take a photo of the package prior to opening it. If inside contents are damaged, please take a photo of the damage. If there is an error on our part, we will work as quickly as possible to fix it and get you the correct order.
Returns will only be accepted in cases of incorrect or defective items.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
